** FrontPage extensions can be requested by sending in a support ticket here. We do not recommend using FrontPage as it's no longer developed/supported by Microsoft. FrontPage extensions will likely be removed all together in the future if compatability or security issues arise as Microsoft will not be developing any future patches/updates. We recommend making the switch to other software such as Macromedia Dreamweaver before this occurs.
*** Shared SSL is a self-signed CRT that we have setup on our servers. If you need the URL for the shared SSL please submit a support ticket here for the link.
**** To have an SSL CRT installed you need a dedicated IP address as well, both can be requested by sending a support ticket here. When you contact us for this install make sure to include the SSL CRT, RSA Private Key and if availiable a CA Bundle. We do not provide you with the private SSL CRT, you must purchase the SSL CRT from the provider of your choice.
***** You can have reseller status enabled on your account for the monthly cost of $5. Please submit a sales ticket here to request reseller status. We do not allow overselling of reseller accounts. Reseller status will not change the amount of disk space and bandwidth associated with your account. If you need more space or bandwidth you must upgrade your plan or open a new one. We will not provide support directly to your customers, that will be your responsibility as a reseller, only you can contact us for support directly.
